Hi, I am new to migratory fish, although I have 30 years experience of river coarse fishing, and have qualifications in fishery management and angling coaching. I own a small fish farm in cornwall where I raise carp to double figures for re stocking, I also sub contract my services to a larger coarse fish farm in cornwall.
So you can see im familier with the fishy aspects of life, so much so that iv given up coarse fishing, and have grown bored with bass for the time being. I relish the challange of learning the habbits and patterns of salmon and sewin migration and hope to halt a few of them on their journey up stream.
I expect Ill be asking quite a few questions on the forum to start with, I hope to follow this up with some catch reports
