It's not that you're not wanted --- but you should have applied by YESTERDAY................
But get your application forms from Sarah anyway - perhaps they'll let you have a pop at it next year - if they remember to remind you in time.

Are you passionate about environmental issues? Can you spare at least three days a year? Environment Agency Wales would really like to hear from people in all parts of the community who could make a valuable contribution on two of our committees. We are seeking two people with a particular interest in the quality of our air, water and public health to join our Environment Protection Advisory Committee (EPAC) and three people who can provide advice on conservation and recreation are needed to fill vacancies on the Fisheries, Recreation Advisory Committee (FERAC) Wales. We pay travelling expenses and, if applicable, a financial loss allowance. Applications must be submitted by 30th April 2008 For application forms and more details contact: Sarah Carmichael on 029 2046 6248 or Email sarah.carmichael@environment-agency.gov.uk As a member, you can influence our policies and activities to ensure these are relevant to the communities we serve. By working with us and sharing your knowledge and experience we can make a significant difference to the environment. Chris Mills, Director, Environment Agency Wales said: “These committees offer an invaluable opportunity to play a part in shaping the work we do. We need committed members who can advise on our work and help design our policies to ensure that they meet the needs of Wales to safeguard our environment.”
