BIG birthday begining to loom and I'm looking for a good trip in a wild place to mark the event. I've been thinking Outer Hebrides - which look amazing but are a killer to get to and from (i.e. effort, time taken, cost). Scourie Hotel also looks good and again provides options for migratory fish as well as brownies.
What to do guys? Has anyone followed through on a similar plan and if yes can you share any insights? Anyone actually done Scourie - thoughts? Duration will be a week and a mix of browns and ST is the aim. By the way, start point is Bristol.
