I still like to read a good fishing book. My first book on fly fishing and flytying was available in 1979 in my local libray and the man that taught me how to tye the Black and Peacock Spider and other wet flies owned "The Art of The Wet Fly "by W.S Roger Fogg.
I am not buying magazines like i used to because im still learning how to use the internet.
Today in my local libray i have borrowed "Wet-Fly Tying and Fishing "by Roger Fogg.
I like the size of the print and the colour photos as i have had a quick look and ive raed about 6 pages and am happy with what i am reading.
I have the 1979 first edition Book Art of the Wet Fly its worth a lot more than my friend payed for it but he gave it to me because i liked it that much.
I think i will be buying this new book by Roger Fogg because i am a big fan of the Northern Wet Flies and still like fishing this method:)PB
